Description:
The Minimally Invasive Surgery Course provides women's health specialists with a hands-on practice course that teaches laparoscopic surgical skills and techniques using cadavers. The course is designed for those who want to learn more about this type of surgery.
Participants will study and practice surgical methods to perform a total laparoscopic hysterectomy that is effective and safe, as well as advanced pelvic dissection. In addition to that, laparoscopic surgical dissection, the efficient use of laparoscopic instruments, and electrosurgery, as well as the prevention and repair of accidental bladder and bowel injuries, will be covered throughout the course.
