Advanced Hernia Workshop is organized by University of Sharjah Clinical and Surgical Training Center (UOS CSTC) and will be held from Jan 22 - 23, 2026 at Medical and Health Sciences Colleges University of Sharjah, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Course Objectives:

• Detailed update on Abdominal Wall Reconstruction Procedures
• Insight into effectively performing Laparoscopic and Open Groin Hernia Repair procedures

• component separation & transversus abdominis muscle release (TAR)
• laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal technique for inguinal hernia (TEP)

• ETEP for ventral hernia
