American Academy/Association of Orthopedic Medicine (AAOM)

AAOM is a non-profit organization that provides educational and informational programs on the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and diseases and interventional pain management. AAOM members practice regenerative medicine encompassing Prolotherapy, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and its variations, and other orthopedic cell-based medicine.

Mission:
The AAOM is dedicated to the education of physicians and the public in the non-surgical treatment of NMSK pain, injury and dysfunction. The AAOM integrates multiple disciplines to create a regenerative and restorative orthopedic paradigm and provides a forum for innovative ideas and research.
