Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers (AACHC)

Mission:
To promote and facilitate the development and delivery of affordable and accessible community-oriented, high quality, culturally effective primary healthcare for everyone in the state of Arizona through advocacy, education and technical assistance.

Vision:
Their vision is that all Arizona residents can be empowered to improve their own health with access to healthcare, education, and enabling services through Community Health Center Medical Homes. Serving as a resource for organization providing primary health care to the underserved, including Health Center Program Grantees/Look A-like Health Centers, Rural Health Clinics, Tribal Organizations, and others with a vested interest in the primary care safety net.
