Dell Children’s Medical Center is the only free-standing children’s hospital and the only pediatric Level 1 Trauma Center in Central Texas.

As part of our work to keep patients and families safe, Ascension has updated the visitor plan at Dell Children’s. They continue to watch and update the plan to reduce the risks from coronavirus (COVID-19) and other yearly respiratory illnesses. During this time, visitors in the hospital will be limited. To provide a safe environment for our patients, families and staff, they ask visitors not to visit if they are exhibiting any symptoms of illness. Our goal is to keep everyone safe while caring for our patients and families.
