The New York Medical Group Management Association is an active association of professional medical group practice leaders from all across New York. Our members are dedicated to the advancement of group practice management through educational programs and the exchange of information and knowledge among and between colleagues.
Mission:
The leaders of New York MGMA work to ensure that New York MGMA is the recognized resource for the improvement of the performance of medical practice management professionals.
Goals:
• Develop the growth of the local chapters to focus on regional differences which exist in the healthcare community.
• Improve the skills of our members to lead their practice through the continuum of change in healthcare.
• Facilitate the networking among and between members across the state.
• Promote certification as a medical practice leader through the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE), a nationally recognized forum to enhance the skill-set of practice leaders.
