Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is one of the largest employers in the region, with around 16,000 people working at our three sites – QMC, City Hospital and Ropewalk House.

Their portfolio of specialist services includes heart, cancer, stroke, renal, neurosurgery and trauma. QMC is also home to the Nottingham Children’s Hospital, where 40,000 young patients from Nottinghamshire and beyond are cared for annually.

As a teaching trust we have a strong relationship with our colleagues at The University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University and other universities across the East Midlands, including Loughborough University, where we are part of the Olympic Legacy project.

They play a vital role in the education and training of doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
