Taiwan Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Association (TWOCNA)

Taiwan Wounds and Incontinence Care Society, English name is Taiwan Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Association (TWOCNA) (hereinafter referred to as this Council). The association was established on March 12, 2005. Before its establishment, it was the "ostomy group" under the Taiwan Surgical Society's Internal Surgical Care Committee. The inaugural meeting and the first general meeting were held in Taipei. In May of the same year, the Executive Yuan's Ministry of Internal Affairs was completed. The Social Department filed a case and became a national social group.

This association is a non-profit social group with the aim of improving the quality of wounds, ostomy and incontinence care and promoting academic development and international exchange. The mission of the Association is to
• conduct education and training courses on wounds, stoma and incontinence care to enhance the quality of care.
• Establishing standards for the operation of wound, stoma and incontinence care professionals.
• Review the training courses for wounds, stoma, and incontinence nursing, and issue certificate of course credits after evaluation.
• Promoting international exchanges of wounds, stoma and incontinence care.

CONFERENCES AND COURSES
