Telebehavioral Health Institute (TBHI) has provided telehealth consultation, training, and staffing services to more than 56,000 medical, behavioral health, and service professionals from over 109 countries. Telehealth.org's professional telehealth training programs focus on the use of videoconferencing, telephone, email, and text messaging, including heart-rate variability for use by physicians, osteopaths, nurse practitioners, nurses, midwives, physician assistants, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists in addition to psychologists, social workers, counselors, behavior analysts, and students.

Using 21st Century instructional design, Telehealth.org's eLearning materials are delivered in a variety of multi-media formats (text-based, audio and video clips, or PDF to further illustrate key points or to give examples), in evidence-based single courses or sold as packages leading to designations known as the Board-Certified Telehealth Professional (BCTP-I, II or III).
