Texas Health Care Association (THCA)

Mission:
The mission of the Texas Health Care Association is to unite, represent, and support professionals who strive to improve the delivery, quality, and integrity of long term healthcare services.

Objectives are:
• To continually refine and develop membership services that meet the needs of both state and national Association members
• To build consumer alliances and regulatory partnerships
• To advocate for appropriate funding for resident well-being
• To advocate for a fair enforcement and litigation environment in which providers can meet the needs of their residents
• To provide education about the long term care profession
• To develop and participate in efforts to improve and measure the quality of long term healthcare services
