Our main office is located in Albany, NY, in the South Clinical Campus of Albany Medical Center. We also provide care at other Community Care Physicians' locations across the Capital Region, including Troy, Latham, Schodack, Clifton Park, Malta, and Saratoga Springs, NY. Having multiple locations allows our patients greater access to our state-of-the-art care. To improve your access to us even further, we also utilize a patient portal, called mycareDOT. mycareDOT allows you to connect with our doctors at any time from anywhere for certain issues and concerns.
