Dr. Abilash Haridas completed his medical school at PSG Institute in India and began his career in General Surgery at The Brooklyn Hospital in New York. He transferred to Harvard and joined the neurosurgery department at Brigham and Boston Children’s Hospital. He finished his neurosurgery residency at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He pursued a pediatric neurosurgery fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago followed by a complex cerebrovascular fellowship at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He is one of the few neurosurgeons in the country who has undergone dual fellowships in these neurosurgical specialties.

Dr. Haridas has been active in neurosurgery since 2005 and continues to promote education and innovation both at the national and international levels. He has been an invited speaker to India, Japan, Finland, and several US cities. He is especially passionate about collaborating with colleagues around the globe involved with innovation and advancement of the neurosciences. Dr. Haridas is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and the Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics.
