Alberto Cappelletti MD

Dr. Alberto Maria Cappelletti is the Head of the General and Territorial Cardiology Outpatient Service of the IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital.

After graduating in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Milan in 1986, he specialized in Cardiology and Diseases of the Cardiovascular Apparatus at the University of Bologna in 1991.

He holds the position of Vice President of the Italian Society of Accredited Hospitality and Cardiology (SICOA), of which he is a member of the Scientific Committee and a permanent member of the Council.

Member of the Council of the School of Specialization in Cardiology with teaching activity as Contract Professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, Master's Degree Course in Dentistry, Vita-Salute San Raffaele University.

Dr. Cappelletti has experience in all fields of cardiology: clinical cardiology, follow-up of patients undergoing revascularization with angioplasty, electrocardiography, and dynamic electrocardiography according to Holter, echocardiography, ergometry, nuclear cardiology, coronary intensive care, interventional cardiology (coronagraphy, catheterization right and left heart, coronary and peripheral revascularization with bioprosthesis implantation, percutaneous closure of atrial septal defects, myocardial biopsy).
