Alfonso J. Tafur is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Vascular Medicine at NorthShore University HealthSystem. He established the Vascular Medicine Program at Northshore University Health System, Developed a Pulmonary Embolism response program, he serves as medical director of a busy anticoagulation clinic for patients on either DOACs or Warfarin.
