Ali Bernard Khalil MD, FRCPC, FACP, FACE

Dr. Aly Bernard Khalil is currently a consultant endocrinologist at the Imperial London Diabetes Centre- Abu Dhabi (ICLDC) and an adjunct associate professor at the United Arab Emirates University Al Ain UAE. He graduated from the University of Marseille- France then emigrated to Canada where he received his training in Internal Medicine at Queen’s University and Endocrinology at the University of Toronto, Canada. He is an American Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Diabetes, and Endocrinology, Fellow of the Royall College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and Fellow of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.

With a special interest in the management of thyroid disorders, Dr. Aly Khalil has chalked up wide-ranging clinical experience, while authoring multiple publications in both areas and presenting at different regional and international meetings. With a background firmly rooted in North America, he has held different administrative and clinical positions. He is a former President of the Ontario Diabetes Association of Canada, a Founding member of the Lebanese American University, and Past President of the American Association for clinical endocrinologists-Gulf Chapter.
