Amy Petschauer BA, MA

Amy Petschauer is a Compliance Director at UnitedHealthcare. Amy provides oversight and strategic direction for the business’s Program Integrity – Anti-Fraud, Waste, and Abuse compliance program. She collaborates with business and compliance leaders to ensure the business exceeds regulatory requirements and expectations. Amy has over 15 years’ experience in health care including compliance and regulatory adherence roles within UnitedHealthcare, Prime Therapeutics, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. Amy received her bachelor’s degree and Master of Arts in Public Administration from Hamline University in St. Paul. She completed her Health Care Compliance Certificate at Mitchell Hamline’s Health Law Institute in St. Paul and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP). Amy has also served as a teaching assistant at Mitchell Hamline’s Health Law Institute.
