Andrea Ament MD

Andrea Ament completed both her adult psychiatry residency and CL psychiatry fellowship training at Stanford University Hospitals and Clinics, and has been a CL psychiatry attending at Stanford since the completion of her fellowship in 2017. She is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine. At Stanford, she is a lead psychiatrist in the Stanford Hospital Emergency Department, in addition to serving as CL psychiatry attending on the general and ICU consult services. She is closely involved in teaching trainees and developing coursework for Stanford psychiatry residents.
