Andrew G. Lowe PharmD

Dr. Andrew G. Lowe, PharmD is a vice president at Comprehensive Pharmacy Services and serves as a Clinical Professor at Western University of Health Sciences. At ARMC, he developed expertise in several administrative areas, including the implementation and management of the 340B drug pricing program. Dr. Lowe has been involved with the 340B drug discount program since its inception. 

Dr. Lowe received his PharmD from the UC San Francisco School of Pharmacy and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at San Bernardino County Medical Center. Dr. Lowe has maintained a clinical pharmacy practice focusing on pain management and the prevention of prescription drug abuse. He is a faculty member at several schools of pharmacy in California.
