Andrew M. Snyder

A board-certified pediatrician providing primary care and specializing in children with special healthcare needs and chronic disease, Dr. Snyder has a very broad background in healthcare. Most recently he was the founder, president and chief executive officer of Stamford Health Integrated Practices (SHIP), of Stamford, Conn., where he managed the clinical and corporate operations. He also was vice president of Ambulatory Physician Network Development at Stamford, served as the physician officer at Lifespan and Rhode Island Hospital, and was the senior medical director at Lifespan/Physicians Physician Service Organization.
Dr. Snyder also served as medical director of Outpatient Services and vice chairman at Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence, R.I.
In addition to his professional experience, Dr. Snyder has held faculty positions with Brown Medical School. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut Medical School.
