Asha Rijhsinghani MD, FACOG

Dr. Asha Rijhsinghani is an Albany Med Faculty Physician in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She specializes in providing care for high-risk pregnancies, including fetal diagnostic treatments such as chorionic villus sampling, amniocentesis, fetal blood sampling and therapeutic treatments, such as fetal transfusions and shunts.

Dr. Rijhsinghani takes a special interest in treating birth defects as well as fetal anomalies. In order to provide comprehensive care, her treatment approach incorporates pediatric specialists, neonatal care, maternal-fetal medicine, geneticists, fetal diagnosis nurses, and social workers. Dr. Rijhsinghani a national officer for the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine and the Global Health Committee. She was also voted Best Doctors of America: US Top Doctors in 2013 and 2014.
