Bart Smit is currently working as a Principal Scientist Fermentation at NIZO food research. He received his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Wageningen University & Research. His clinical interests are Biotechnology, Dairy Science, Food Microbiology, Food Science and Technology, Food Chemistry, Food Processing, Food Processing, Food Production, and Sensory Evaluation.
