Bryan Urquhart PA-C, DFAAPA

Scott Urquhart is a graduate of the George Washington University PA Program. He has been practicing endocrinology since 1996 with Diabetes and Thyroid Associates in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He is a founding member and Past President of the American Society of Endocrine PAs. PA Urquhart is an Adjunct Clinical Professor for James Madison University’s PA Program and a Clinical Instructor for the George Washington University PA Program. In 2008, he received the award of Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Scott Urquhart has extensive experience in educational development and as a presenter on many endocrine topics at the state and national levels. His many publications have appeared in JAAPA, Advance for PAs, and Clinician Reviews. PA Urquhart serves on the editorial board for Clinician Reviews. In 2010 he developed and 2011 launched the U.S’s first-ever endocrine summit designed for PAs/NPs, which we fondly know as MEDS.
