Bryan J. Woodward MMedSci, PhD, FRCP

Dr. Bryan J. Woodward, BSc, MMedSci, PhD, FRCPath has been a reproductive scientist since 1990 when he began his career at Sheffield Fertility Centre, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom. He was then invited to direct the IVF laboratory at the BUPA Hospital in Leicester, the UK in 1995. He has since helped to establish numerous IVF laboratories in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. Bryan founded the company IVF Consultancy Services in 2004 to assist fertility clinics in providing first-class fertility services for patients. He offers international freelance consultancy on all aspects relating to fertility management and specializes in trouble-shooting clinics to streamline and improve embryology and andrology services. He also offers hands-on clinical embryology and andrology services and training as required. In the UK, Bryan has served on the Executive Committees of the Association of Clinical Embryologists (ACE) and has recently been elected as the upcoming Chair of the Association of Biomedical Andrologists(ABA). He also serves on the ACE Training Committee and is an examiner for state registration of UK embryologists. Internationally he serves on the ESHRE Embryology Certification Committee. Bryan is well-published in the field of ART and is a member of the Editorial Board for the journal Human Fertility, as well as acting as a peer reviewer for many international ART journals. In 2014 his first book was published entitled ‘Male Infertility – Sperm Diagnosis, Management and Delivery’, co-edited by Dr. Jayant Mehta
