Bryant Armond Murphy MD, MBA

Dr. Bryant Murphy, MD, MBA, has been named Senior Associate Dean for Leadership Development within the UNC School of Medicine’s Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development. In this role, Murphy will lead efforts to ensure comprehensive and coordinated leadership development and training opportunities for faculty, staff, and learners across the UNC School of Medicine.

Dr. Murphy will report to Julie Byerley, MD, MPH, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, and work alongside Kim Boggess, MD, who was named Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs in July. These three leaders, along with the dedicated staff of the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development, work to support the professional and personal development of UNC School of Medicine faculty at all levels.
