C. Benjamin Ma

Dr. C. Benjamin Ma is the chief of the UCSF Sports Medicine and Shoulder Service. His special interests include sports medicine, arthroscopic shoulder surgery to repair rotator cuff tears and ligament instability, shoulder replacement, knee ligament reconstruction, meniscus and cartilage injury, and elbow arthroscopy. He has received many clinical and research awards which include the UCSF Exceptional Physician Award, Henry Kaiser Award for Excellent in Teaching and UCSF Excellent in Teaching Award.
