Dr. Carlos Suso Ribera is Assistant Professor Doctor in the area of Personality, Evaluation, and Psychological Treatments, at the Dept. of Basic, Clinical, and Psychobiology Psychology from the Universitat Jaume I. He previously completed his studies in psychology and his doctorate at the University of Barcelona, ??where he obtained the international doctoral mention and the extraordinary doctoral award in 2015. His main lines of research are related to the psychological management of chronic pain, transdiagnostic treatments for emotional disorders, low discomfort tolerance as a transversal process in pathology, and perinatal mental health. For all this, its focus is highly focused on the use of new technologies to improve health care. He is the co-creator of the Pain Monitor app, a validated app for the telemonitoring of patients with pain. He is the author of numerous scientific articles, as well as book chapters.
