Dr. Charles A. Reese holds a BS degree in Nursing, a BS in Nurse Anesthesia, an MBA in Health Services Management, and two earned doctoral degrees (a Ph.D. in Health Services Administration, Ph.D. in Adult Education). His US Navy career spanned three decades, rising from the enlisted ranks to retire at the rank of Captain. He recently retired as an Associate Professor in both the Department of Anesthesiology and Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Medical College of Virginia Physicians.
