Christoph Lindner

Prof. Christoph Lindner has been chief physician at the Department of Gynecology of the DKH for more than 15 years and previously worked at the University Women's Hospital Eppendorf (including acting director), where he also received his training. Prof. Lindner is one of the few chief physicians in Northern Germany who still represent the whole field of gynecology and obstetrics, ie he is in charge of general gynecology and operative gynecology as well as obstetrics. His focus is breast cancer treatment and gynecological oncology.

His areas of expertise include the Breast Center and Gynecological Tumor Center, which are among the largest in Hamburg and the surrounding area. For over 10 years he has been the auditor on behalf of the German Cancer Society for the certification of other centers in German hospitals. He is chairman of the Hamburg expert committee for quality assurance in operative gynecology in the Hamburg hospitals and on the technical advisory board of the new Hamburg Cancer Registry.

Within the Agaplesion Hospital Group Germany, Prof. Lindner is the Medical Director of the Women's Hospital's work area and also a member of the Agaplesion Medical Strategy Board. As part of his daily consultation appointments, Prof. Lindner offers the entire spectrum of gynecology and obstetrics, and in particular diagnostics, counseling and follow-up care for oncological diseases.
