Clive Kay MBChB

Clive was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust in January 2015.

He first joined the Trust in 1998 as a Consultant Radiologist, before becoming Clinical Director of Radiology in 2001, Medical Director in 2006, Deputy Chief Executive in 2013, and Interim Chief Executive in September 2014. Prior to working in Bradford, he spent three years at the Medical University of South Carolina, as Visiting Associate Professor of Radiology.

His previous external roles include time as Chairman of the Royal College of Radiologists Scientific Programme Committee, a Member of the Council of the Royal College of Radiologists, and a Member of the Editorial Board of Clinical Radiology. He is also a past Chairman of the British Society of Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Radiology.

Clive is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists and the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh. He is also an Honorary Visiting Professor and Lay Member of Council at the University of Bradford.
