Colin Michie MA, BMBCh, FRCPCH, FLS

Dr Colin Michie, Nutrition Committee Chair, Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and Consultant Paediatrician, Ealing Hospital. Colin Michie was born in Zimbabwe, trained in Cambridge and Oxford and has worked in the Red Cross Children's Hospital, Cape Town and the Tropical Metabolism Research Unit, Kingston, Jamaica. Most of his paediatric experience and work has been in west London, where he directs a number of research projects related to the needs of the local population and delivers more effective care there. He works on a number of committees within the Royal Colleges and Deaneries to improve training and service delivery with respect to nutrition.
