Curtis Billings PhD, CCC-A

Curtis Billings, Ph.D. is a research investigator and audiologist at the National Center for Rehabilitative Auditory Research (NCRAR) within the Veterans Affairs Portland Health Care System and Associate Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at Oregon Health and Science University. Dr. Billings uses electrophysiology and behavioral measures to understand the contributions of neural coding to speech perception in noise difficulties as a function of age and hearing impairment.
