David Gibbons was two decades in clinical research and pharmaceutical research and development, Gibbons pursued a legal career so that Gibbons could aid and counsel life sciences companies in the complexities of legal and regulatory schemes with an understanding that only an insider’s perspective could offer. Having held a variety of increasingly responsible roles in a large, multi-national pharmaceutical company, Gibbons learned how to solve problems and bring about a fair resolution of issues in a variety of situations.

David Gibbons's legal practice has focused on regulatory counseling to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and biologics companies in the areas of FDA law, healthcare fraud and abuse, and federal and state drug marketing, pricing, and other transparency laws. Gibbons have advised commercial teams and business units of global pharmaceutical companies and has acted as the brand attorney for a variety of prescription drug products. Gibbons joined Aimmune Therapeutics in August 2021.

Gibbons earned a J.D. with a Health Law concentration from one of the nation's top Health Law programs at Seton Hall University School of Law. Gibbons admitted to the practice of law in the District of Columbia (Inactive status in Pennsylvania).
