Debbie Evans-Rogers, PT, Ph.D., PCS received her bachelor's degree in PT from the University of Missouri-Columbia; Master's of Science in Special Education from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia; and PhD from Rocky Mountain University in Provo, Utah. She was certified as an APTA Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy in 1996 and recertified in 2006 and 2016. In addition to completing the NDTA Certificate course in the Treatment and Management of Children with Cerebral Palsy in 1988, she completed the Advanced Baby Course in 1998, and has attended other advanced courses.

She served on the NDTA Board of Directors from 1997-2000 and Oct 2004 -May 2006. She was an adjunct professor for the Masters PT Program at Old Dominion University from 1992-1995. She has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, school, outpatient and hospital settings. Debbie is currently an NDTA PT instructor. She resides in Houston, Texas with her family and works with the University of Texas-Medical Branch ECI Program.
