Dennis R. Wenger MD

Dr. Dennis Wenger co-directs the International Center for Pediatric and Adolescent Hip Disorders at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and directs the Rady Children's /UC San Diego Pediatric Orthopedics and Scoliosis Fellowship.

After graduating summa cum laude from Ohio University, Dr. Wenger earned high honors from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed an orthopedic residency at the University of Iowa, followed by a fellowship in children's orthopedics at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.

Before moving to San Diego, Dr. Wenger practiced for seven years at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. He is an expert at evaluating and treating hip, spine, lower limb and foot disorders, as well as other orthopedic issues.
