Eef Vanderhelst MD, PhD

Prof. Vanderhelst graduated as a doctor in 2004 and as a pneumologist in 2010. She obtained a PhD in Medical Science in 2016 and has since been appointed as a clinical professor at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and as head of Pneumology since 2017. Prof. Vanderhelst has been on the board of directors of the Belgian Association for Pneumology since 2015. She is also a board member of the medical committee of the Belgian Association for the Fight against Cystic Fibrosis.
