George Brooks MS, PhD

Dr. George A. Brooks is a Professor of Integrative Biology at the University of California, Berkeley. He received his Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Michigan. Over the course of four decades of basic and applied research members of his laboratory and he has made several contributions to the understanding of energy substrate use in men and women during health and disease and after injury. It is now time to harness the results of those previous efforts and act to improve outcomes for the ill and injured.
