Geraldine Emerson

Geraldine serves as Lab Director and Senior Management Team member of Bourn Hall International responsible for IVF Laboratory operations across the UAE.

Geraldine (Gerri) is a versatile and accomplished Lab Director /Lab Quality Director with over 30 years’ experience in Assisted Reproduction Technology in the UK, UAE, Ireland, Romania, and Iraq. She shows leadership through a willingness to adopt and promote positive change within IVF Laboratories. Gerri is a Diplomat of the Royal College of Pathologists UK since 2010. She is a supervisor and assessor for the association of clinical embryologists the UK, and a founding member and past Chair of both the Irish Fertility and Irish embryologist societies. She has published work in peer-reviewed journals and presented at many national and international conferences.
