Glen L. Xiong BA, MD

Dr. Glen Xiong earned his medical degree from UC Davis and completed his post-graduate residency training in psychiatry and internal medicine at Duke University Medical Center. He is the medical director at the Sacramento County Mental Health Treatment Center (SCMHTC) and Norwood Pines Care Center. He is also certified by the American Medical Directors Association in Post-Acute and Long-term Care Medicine, and serves as a faculty member for the certification course. His clinical expertise includes primary care psychiatry, severe mental illness, dementia and psychopharmacology. He also provides clinical care at the UC Davis Alzheimer’s Disease Center, SCMHTC and several long-term care facilities.
