Gloria Pelizzo

Gloria Pelizzo is a current Director of the Department of Pediatric Surgery of the Buzzi Hospital, she was Director of the Department of Pediatric Surgery of the Polyclinic Hospital of Pavia from 2010 to 2016 and at the G. di Cristina Children's Hospital, Mediterranean Institute of Pediatric Excellence in Palermo from 2016 to 2019.

She was also a Professor in Pediatric Surgery at the University of Pavia from 2010 to 2016. She was medical director in several foreign institutions (including Leon Berard University, Lyon) as a Consultant in Neonatal Surgery.

He is Vice President of the Italian Society of Pediatric Surgery and elected President of the SICP. Finally, she is the author of over 140 publications in national and international journals
