​Dr. Haddad graduated in 1987 from the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental Branch. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the US Army and completed the one-year Advanced General Dentistry Program.

For the next 8 years, Dr. Haddad enjoyed general dentistry tremendously and even earned his FAGD (Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry) in 1995. He decided after that point to pursue the field he truly loved the most, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Haddad completed his residency in 2001 at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. In the following years, he also attained board certification in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) as well as board certification in Dental Anesthesiology (NDBA).

After residency, Dr. Haddad was assigned to Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. He spent the rest of his time in the military as a mentor in the Oral Surgery Program. He had the privilege of treating hundreds of soldiers, many of whom had extensive and complex facial trauma. It was during these years that his compassion for his patients and caring touch were critical in helping the many injured soldiers regain their health. Upon his completion of 20 years in the military, Dr. Haddad was ready for a new adventure in private practice. He was honored to receive the “Educator of the Year” award before his transition to civilian life.

Dr. Haddad then built his beautiful office in Maple Lawn. It is equipped with the latest technology and offers you a very safe and comfortable environment for your surgical needs. The office is equipped with many anesthesia options ranging from Nitrous Oxide sedation, and moderate IV sedation to deep IV sedation.

This combination of knowledge, compassion, and innovation in surgical advances is sure to meet your highest expectations. Dr. Haddad's practice includes many Oral & maxillofacial surgery services, such as dental implants, bone grafting, dental extractions (including wisdom teeth), and several anesthesia options. He looks forward to making a positive impact on many more lives.

Dr. Haddad strives to be well-read in all the latest studies in dental health and oral surgery. He is involved in many professional organizations including the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Middle Atlantic Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Maryland Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He is also a staff member at Howard County General Hospital and a Dean's Faculty member at the University of Maryland Dental School.
