Helen Cho MD, CCFP, FCFP, NCMP

Dr. Helen Cho received her medical degree and family medicine specialty from the University of Alberta. After 19 years of practising comprehensive family medicine, she decided to pursue additional special interests in womens health and weight management. Dr. Cho has additional training in eating disorders, breast cancer management and care, and she is an NAMS certified menopause practitioner. She is also a Breast Health Program Physician at the Women's Health Centre located at the Foothills Medical Centre.

Dr. Cho received her Fellowship in Family Medicine in 2004 and is a Clinical Lecturer for the Department of Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Calgary. She has a special interest in nutrition and weight managment with a strong passion for risk reduction and disease prevention and is an active member of the Canadian Obesity Network (CON).
