Henry Carlos Vasconez BA, MD, FACS, FAAP

Henry C. Vásconez is the William S. Farish Endowed Chair, Director of the Craniofacial Anomalies Team and Clinic and a professor in both plastic surgery and pediatrics at the University Of Kentucky College of Medicine.
Vasconez earned his medical degree from Central University Medical School in Quito, Ecuador, after which he received a public health certificate and fellowship in rural and tropical medicine in the Ecuadorian Amazon jungle and the Galapagos Islands. He completed his residency in general surgery at the University of Illinois in Chicago, his residency in plastic surgery at Emory University in Atlanta and a fellowship in craniofacial surgery at the International Craniofacial Institute in Dallas.
