Hiroyoshi Akutsu MD, PhD

Dr Akutsu is an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Tsukuba. He completed his medical degree and residency training in Tsukubu, after which he completed clinical fellowships, first in Germany then in Tsukubu. He was awarded his PhD in 2009. He is well published and has special interests in skull base surgery, including endoscopic endonasal approaches, and glioma.
