Ibrahim Sari MD

Dr. Ibrahim Sari is a renowned medical expert in Turkey, with a particular clinical interest in Cardiology, Cardiovascular Diseases, Heart Failure, and Hypertension. He currently practices at Memorial Bahcelievler Hospital, Istanbul, as a Cardiologist and has over 15 years of rich experience in his field of specialization. He obtained his license to practice Medicine from Marmara University, Faculty of Medicine. In 2000, he started his Specialization training in Cardiology from Dr. Siyami Ersek Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research. During 2002-2003, he also went to the University of Virginia, School of Medicine, Charlottesville, USA, to complete his Fellowship, and gathered immense knowledge and expertise.

At the start of his clinical practice, Dr. Ibrahim Sari joined Gaziantep University as an Assistant Professor of Cardiology and later became Associate Professor there. In 2012, he joined Marmara University, Faculty of Medicine as a Professor of Cardiology. Since 2019, he has been practicing at Memorial Bahcelievler Hospital and treating heart failure patients, coronary artery diseases, pericardial diseases, and interventional cardiology. He is a vital member of several professional organizations, including the European Society of Cardiology and the Turkish Society of Cardiology.

Dr. Ibrahim Sari is one of the first 50 European Cardiologists who holds the Diploma from the University of Zurich Heart Failure Certification Program (2013-2015). He has done considerable research work and has presented over 50 papers at international meetings and about 70 articles at the national level. His articles are regarded a lot in the Cardiology community. In addition to this, Dr. Ibrahim Sari holds vast experience in international and multi-center clinical research work. He has been a part of many studies as a co-investigator.
