Dr. Jamil Elfarra earned his medical degree from King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He continued his training with clinical rotations at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, United Kingdom, and the Miles City Health Clinic in Miles City, Montana. Dr. Elfarra went on to complete an Internship at the King Khalid University Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He has served as a Resident Physician at King Fahad National Guard Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, St. Vincent’s Hospital/New York Medical Center in New York, New York, and Stamford Hospital/Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in Stamford, Connecticut, where he was selected to be the Administrative Chief Resident in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Elfarra is currently the attending physician of maternal-fetal medicine at Norton Healthcare
Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Elfarra has been in practice with Maternal-Fetal Care, P.C. since 2013. Active in many professional organizations, he is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, American Society of Reproductive Medicine, American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology and Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Dr. Elfarra has been a presenter at various medical conferences and is the author of an article published in a peer-reviewed journal. His experience instructing undergraduate medical students and interns earned him a number of teaching awards at Stamford Hospital. He also received the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine Excellence in Obstetrics Award.
