Jason Paul Dapore DO

Dr. Jason Dapore is a fellowship-trained sports medicine physician, providing comprehensive, non-operative solutions for acute sports injuries. He serves as an official healthcare provider for the Columbus Blue Jackets. Dr. Dapore received his medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital Family Practice program and completed a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at The Ohio State University. Also, in 2010, Dr. Dapore was appointed as a member for the following boards & commissions: Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainers Board.
