Jean-frederic Colombel MD

Jean-Frederic Colombel, MD, was Professor of Medicine and Head of the Dept of Gastroenterology at Centre Hospitalier Régional Universitaire de Lille in France, President of GETAID (Groupe d’Etudes Thérapeutiques des Affections Inflammatoires Digestives), President of ECCO, and Chair of the International Organization for the Study of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. Dr. Colombel moved to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in 2013 to become Director of the Susan and Leonard Feinstein Inflammatory Bowel Disease Clinical Center and the Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley.
