Jennifer Lynn Cook MD

Jennifer Cook, MD, is board certified in advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, and heart transplantation. She is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Cincinnati where she attends the CVICU service and is developing a telemedicine platform to transform the care of chronic heart failure. She is dedicated to the education and mentorship of the next generation of physicians.   

Dr. Cook is a fellow of the American Heart Association, where she serves as Chair of the Membership Committee and member of the Leadership Committee. She is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology where she served as chair of the Mechanical Circulatory Support Working Group.   Her clinical research interests include the application of clinical guidelines into clinical practice. She has been the lead author of Circulation Recommendation manuscripts for Mechanical Circulatory Support and Heart Transplants.
