John J. Wroblewski MD

Dr. Wroblewski specializes in medical retina and oncology, uveitis, surgical retina, and inherited retinal diseases. He has been board certified with the American Board of Ophthalmology since May 1994. Dr. Wroblewski started his career training at Loyola College of Baltimore where he graduated with a B.S. in 1981. He went on to attend Georgetown University School of Medicine, where he completed his M.D. in 1986 followed by an internship in internal medicine at Georgetown University Hospital. From there he completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Texas Southwestern-Parkland Memorial Hospital. Wanting to expand his horizons, Dr. Wroblewski completed his fellowship in surgical retina/ medical retina at the University of London - Moorfields Eye Hospital. Afterwards, he completed a second fellowship in surgical retina/ medical retina at Foundation for Retina Research in New Orleans.
