Jorgen Slots DDS, DMD, PhD, MS, MBA

Dr. Slots is a Professor of Periodontology and Microbiology at USC. He obtained DDS Denmark, and DMD and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania. He has served as the Chair of Oral Microbiology at the University of Goteborg, Sweden, and as the Chair of Periodontology and Associate Dean for Research at the USC. He is the Editor of three leading journals: Oral Microbiology and Immunology, Periodontology 2000 and Journal of Periodontal Research. He has published more than 300 articles and textbook chapters in periodontology, implantology and microbiology and has lectured extensively around the world.
